As an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive, Mark brings years of experience in founding and running financial services, blockchain, fintech and digital asset companies. Most recently he co-founded Aspire Digital Advisors, a Puerto Rico based fund management company for digital assets, cryptocurrency and related technologies. Mark was co-founder and former Chairman & CEO of Coro Global Inc. a Miami based financial technology company. Mark earned a Master of Arts degree in Legislative Affairs with a focus on Monetary and Fiscal Policy from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Oklahoma. Following eight years of military service, he was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal at the historic Marine Corps Barracks, Washington, D.C.

Chiu-Ti is the founder of Happenings Strategic Advisory that advises crypto mining companies on their global expansion and capital markets strategies. A former New York-based corporate partner of Sidley Austin LLP and an M&A banker with Credit Suisse, Chiu-Ti has worked with leading financial services and technology companies in their capital raising and business combinations. Chiu-Ti writes a column for the Financial Times Chinese Edition, focusing on issues relating to current affairs, business and technological innovations. She also writes regularly for international publications such as South China Morning Post, Observer, Foreign Policy and Sotheby’s Magazine. Chiu-Ti holds advanced degrees from Columbia Law School (J.D.) and Yale University (M.Phil.) and serves as an International Honorary Ambassador of the Lang Lang International Music Foundation. She was a recipient of the 2013 Trailblazer Award for Outstanding Asian Entrepreneur from USPAACC NE.
